Eva Farley dot Com is a small, family-run business in Northern California catering to a select clientele that demands style, quality, and value. We do attempt keep every print in every size on hand, but we may temporality run out for a short period from time to time.

Lay-Away Orders

I also have a lay-away plan: 25% non-refundable down payment and 3 equal monthly payments. When the last payment is received I will ship your print.

Credit Card Orders

When you place a credit card order with us, we will charge your card for the amount of the order, if approved. The name on your bill will be Eva Farley Watercolors.

By placing a credit card order with us, you agree to pay that credit card charge when you are billed.

Check Orders

If you send us a regular bank check with your order, please allow up to two weeks for your check to clear our bank before we ship your painting. We will accept personal checks pre-printed with your name and address. Money Orders, Bank Drafts, and other forms of certified payment will incur no delay.

Ordering Options

1. Telephone Credit Card Orders

You may call and place your order. Our business hours are from 9AM to 4PM US Pacific Time US Monday through Saturday. (09H00-16H GMT -8)

We are available at other times upon occasion. We are a family business, so there are times when we will be out during these times.

You may leave a telephone message message if we are not here or after business hours leaving your telephone number and let us know when we can reach you. We are in the Pacific US time zone. We will call you back and take your order on the phone.

We recommend that you use a corded telephone, not a cordless or cell phone, when you telephone your order. A corded telephone is more secure.

You may print and fill out our offline order forms if you wish to have the information handy when we call.

2. Mail Credit Card, Money Order, or Check Orders

You may mail us your order.

Please print and fill out our offline order forms so that you complete all necessary information before you mail us your order.

Shipping

The price of my paintings includes free Priority shipping. I will use USPS Priority Mail insured for US orders and Small Parcel Air insured for international, non-US, orders.
Address Safety:
  • To protect both our customers and ourselves from potential credit card fraud, we verify your billing address, or the  address that the credit card is issued to

  • Once we verify that your billing address agrees with your credit card company, you may ship to anyone, anywhere...

  • Please be sure to include your company address if you are shipping to your workplace

Email Confirmation: We will send you an e-mail confirmation when we ship your order to you so that you may watch for it. Please advise us if your purchase fails to arrive.

Order Status: Use this e-mail address to check on the status of your order.

Non-US Orders

Orders emanating from or going to an address outside of the United States constitute a non-US Order, or international, for us.

Please make payment in US dollars by credit card or by bank draft.

We will fill out any US Customs forms required for us to ship your order. You will be responsible for paying any import duties, fees, etc. required by your country, if applicable.

We offer Small Parcel Air Mail for International orders. This option usually has a seven to fourteen day delivery time for reasonable cost.

If Your Print Is Temporarily Out of Stock

If your print is temporarily out of stock when we receive your order, we will notify you immediately by email and place your order on hold.

If you order multiple pieces from us and one or more item is out of stock, you may choose either:

  • Ship All At Once: Have us ship all items at one time when the out of stock item becomes available

  • Ship As Available: Have us ship items as they become available

Please let me know which option you wish.

Sales Tax

Residents of California must pay 7.25% state sales tax on their orders as if they are buying here in Chico, CA.

No sales tax is due on orders outside of California.

Returns & Exchanges

RMA: You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning or exchanging any merchandise.

Within 14 Days: You must return your print within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Damaged: You may exchange any item that you receive damaged. Let us know by e-mail within two days of receipt and arrange an RMA with us for your exchange. Please keep and return your delivery box if possible, especially if it shows signs of abuse, so that we may settle with the carrier in question and perhaps provide an incentive for better, future performance on the carrier's part.

Returns: You must return merchandise with shipping prepaid, in its original condition as you received it, preferably in its original package, and with our RMA number on the label of your package. We do not accept returns or exchanges by C.O.D.

Your Return Shipping: We advise that you ship your returns or exchanges by certified, registered, or any other kind of traceable shipping. You must insure your return package. We are not responsible for your lost returns or exchanges.

Please order what you intend to keep. We are a small business and cannot afford to have folks order several prints planning to keep what they like and to return all but a few. We package your print with care, but excessive shipping may damage it.
